At Fara Healthcare, our care workers and care staff are subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance.

For our staff to be compliant, they will continuously be trained, shadow senior staff members, have access to policy and procedures including staff handbook.

The staff member will regularly be supervised so that they are able to meet the needs of our clients and effectively provide them with the highest level of care and support.
